1. Does the Town Attorney's Office give legal advice to residents?

No. The Town Attorney’s Office does not represent individuals in private legal matters nor do they give legal advice to residents. Attorneys in the Office represent the Town’s elected officials and staff, Town departments, and the Town’s independent boards and commissions. Please seek legal advice from a private attorney.

2. Does the Town enforce CC&Rs (covenants, conditions, and restrictions)?

No. CC&Rs are contracts between private third parties. The Town is not a party to the CC&Rs and has no enforcement authority.

3. Who do I contact about a photo radar ticket I received?

The Town Attorney's Office does not handle civil traffic offenses. Please contact the Paradise Valley Municipal Court at (480) 948-7620 for information.
