Records

Copies of police reports and related records can be requested from the Paradise Valley Police Department. Requests can be made using our request form: Application for Public Records

 When filling out the form, please include as much information as possible to help with fulfilling the request.

Request forms can be submitted in the following ways:

· In Person: 6433 E Lincoln Dr. Paradise Valley, AZ 85253

· Records is located in the front office and is staffed Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Requests are processed in the order in which they are received and records requested in person may not be available on the same day. Processing time for requests can vary depending on the complexity or availability of records.

Accident reports are also available online 24/7 using BuyCrash: https://www.buycrash.com/


Fingerprinting

The Police Department offers fingerprinting services to Town residents only. The service is provided on Wednesdays between 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. A valid ID card is required, and the cost is $5 per card.

Original fingerprint cards must be provided.

Fees for records requests and fingerprinting can be found below. We accept cash and credit cards (except American Express.)

Police and Accident Reports Between 1 – 20 pages

$10

Police and Accident Reports Between 21 – 150 pages

$10 for the first 20 pages and an additional $0.50 per page over 20

Police and Accident Reports over 150 pages

$75

Digital Photographs

$10 per CD

Police Audio (including 911)

$25 per CD

Police Video (including Body Worn)

$25 per CD

Fingerprinting

$5 per card
