- How do I obtain public records or documents?
Public records (PDF) may be viewed at Town Hall (6401 E Lincoln Drive) during business hours. You may submit a request online by clicking here (PDF). Completed forms may be mailed or emailed to the Town Clerk's Office for processing.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to A.R.S. § 39-171, that the following department or employee is authorized to provide requested public records or forward the request to the appropriate department or employee: Town Clerk Duncan Miller, 480-348-3610, dmiller@paradisevalleyaz.gov.
- What is the fee for obtaining public records or documents?
There is no fee to view public records. There is a $0.25 per page fee to obtain letter-sized copies. Additional fees apply for larger sizes, color images, and electronic files.
- How long does it take to obtain public records or documents?
The Town endeavors to responds to requests for records promptly. However, times can vary depending on the type and number of records.

Town Council, Board of Adjustment, and Planning Commission Meeting Schedule 2023
Hard copies of agendas are posted on the bulletin board in the Town Hall parking lot, 6401 E Lincoln Drive. Hard copies of ordinances adopted with penalty clauses and public hearing notices for zoning text changes are posted on bulletin boards at 6401 E Lincoln Drive, 8801 N 56th St., and the corner of Palo Cristi and Stanford Dr.
