Public GIS Maps Portal
The Town of Paradise Valley retains a Geographic Information System (GIS) that is used to meet the needs of departments, boards, committees, professionals and citizens. We are continually working on creating, updating and maintaining spatial databases to deliver the most accurate and reliable data sets possible. We are committed to expanding the information available to the public in a simple and economical approach.
Our GIS database is currently utilized by several online mapping applications, including a Public Pavement Maintenance Application and a Public Town information Application.
Scheduled Road Maintenance Map
The Town of Paradise Valley Public Works Department has driven and tested all of the local Town roads over the past year to determine their pavement quality and underlying foundation quality. Based on these results, the department has developed a town-wide maintenance plan to improve all of Paradise Valley roads starting in year 2020 and finishing in year 2029.
The scheduled maintenance for the roads is subject to change but, until otherwise noted the plans in this application are the current plans moving forward. Many of the town's local roads will receive either a surface seal, a surface treatment, or a full mill and asphalt overlay over this period of time.
